Ingredients: 8 oz penne pasta. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In the Instant Pot, put the penne pasta, marinara sauce, and one cup of water. Add the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and mix them in. Put in black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, and pepperoni slices. On top of the food, sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder. Add pepper and salt to taste. Close the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing." Make sure the timer is set for 5 minutes at high pressure and choose "Manual" or "Pressure Cook." After the cooking cycle is over, carefully turn the pressure release valve to "Venting" to do a quick pressure release. Open the Instant Pot's lid slowly and stir the pizza pasta. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with extra shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
