This cooking experiment was banging on my brain for the past week. And even though there were a couple of technical malfunctions and I thought I had miserably botched the whole dish... I underestimated myself. The bechemel could've been just a little thicker... And the oven shutting off 10 minutes into cooking didn't help whatsoever.
