Grilled everything but the Chicken. Yesterday, I grilled leeks, scallion, yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and shrimp. The chicken was oven roasted. John, was not feeling it. It was a little one note. I liked it but I also love charred food. We both loved the summer squash. Since quarantine started we discuss food more. He will tell me when I need a crunch element, salt, acid ....we have become food network judges. Lol. I will do it again- I will parboil the carrots, use different marinades on the veggies and shrimp , nix the scallions and use hanger steak instead of chicken.
