These coconut chia bars are a tasty and healthy snack because they are full of healthy things like coconut and chia seeds. Anytime of the day, they're great for a quick pick-me-up or a tasty treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper in a baking dish. Put chia seeds, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Mix well until everything is well mixed. Make sure the mixture is spread out evenly by pressing it firmly into the baking dish that has been lined. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Take the baking dish out of the oven and let it cool all the way down. Cut it into bars or squares with a sharp knife after it has cooled. Enjoy the coconut chia bars you made yourself!
