Don't expect crazy fun stuff. He speaks very technically on training, almost robotic boring. I listened at 2x and skipped a bunch of non-sid/nate questions and answers. He's so serious he had to learn that adding laughter to intense work makes performance better. Ok. Welcome to earth, alien 👋🙂 Great scientific thought.

Anyhow, there are interesting details on when he met and worked with teenager sid, and then teen nate. Nate actually trained in sid's home gym before he even met sid lol! Also a bit about how crazy competitive sidnate are during offseason training, as we know. And i kid you not, he said [13:28]
