I was listening to an interview clip from Will's rookie year where they mentioned literally three seconds in passing that Colleen used to have her own talk show which... what? So naturally I had to do some light digging.

LexGo! (a play on Lexington, MA and "let's go") was a local talk show she cohosted in the early 2010's. I'm unsure how late she dambled in broadcasting outside the board, but she did an interview with the chair of the Lexington Board of Health and a doctor in 2020 about COVID, so it seems like she's not averse to jumping back in the ring if the right situation arises.

And honestly? Makes a lot of sense. Her bubbly, outgoing personality seems totally suited for a newscaster or talkshow role, though this was obviously a small production.

Envisioning her packing Will up in the car since he was young with a cup of hot chocolate to drive around and look at lights; he and Grace to gaze in wonder and her to furiously jot notes down as Bill drives. Young Will falling asleep surrounded by Christmas lights as Home Alone plays on the SUV TV. Imaginings aside, I wonder how much of his love of Christmas comes from her.
