I love when someone is explaining instructions to a group I’m in and they look at me and it reminds them to say something about using preferred names/pronouns or that there’s vegan food options available. I go by my given name/pronouns and I’m not vegan but I’m proud that I can provide this service

its just like wow i rlly have to take a moment and appreciate how “lucky” i am to have access to birth control and the right to have my own bank account and to have “won” the geographical lottery giving me the privilege to go to school and work independently and rent etc etc there are so many things left to do for women globally so that we all can have this ability and that probably wont be remedied in my lifetime but its still amazing 2 be able to see women around me living more and being more in general like there is soooooo much that must be changed and fixed but its crazy thinking about how far women have come like it may only be a half step forward but its still a step yknow?
