and while living for months under the impression my dad was planning my murder wasn't fun and definitely negatively impacted my health. in retrospect some of the ways i was convinced he was going to kill me were a bit funny. i thought he was going to wile e coyote my ass

anyway. for a while when i was still working night shifts i was absolutely 100% convinced my dad was planning to kill me. also that eating anything during the day would cause me to get cancer (?)

i think the most frustrating response people have to learning about someone's hallucinations and/or delusions is being like "ummmm well clearly the hallucination/delusion isn't real idk just tell yourself it's not real lmfao" like omggggg wow that's so incredibly smart of you 🥰 nobody's ever thought that before 🥰 ill remember that for next time 🥰
