Marinated beans with salad and bread, this is so tasty and easy to make that I don't even know what to do!

“These are the best noodles you've ever made” - boyfriend. Chili and ginger tzay bits with noodles, bean sprouts, vegetables, sweet chili and crème fraîche, all vegan of course.

Cheap but good food. Rice and lentils in tomato with chickpeas, spinach, curry and vegetable balls (or vegetaballs as I like to call them).

Vegan cheesy pasta with soy bits.

Spring rolls made with rice paper.

Spinach/tofu/lentil-soup with garlic bread.

Vegan burgers are always nice.

Vegan chocolate icecream made only with bananas, syrup, cacao powder and soy milk.

Macaroni stew made with soy milk, all vegan.

Sometimes, simplicity is enough.

Wok with leek, rice noodles, veggies and sweet chili sauce.

Pretty much the ideal sandwich. Caviar made from seewead instead of fish eggs and a lot of avocado.

Dumplings!

This is the addiction I switched to when I quit smoking, and it worked wonderfully. Cucumber sticks with random dip made on Oatly’s crème fraîche!
