I love that Rocky is a bland beige rock with too many limbs and no face! I love that he's so unmarketable and goes against the rules of character design principles!! Yet he is SO beloved!!! he sparks joy in millions!!!! In times where big corps try to replace art with the most boiled-down-edges-smoothened slop thats supposed to appeal to everyone and in doing so: appeals to no-one-- We have Rocky. I love you Rocky.

The amount of fucking charts I've seen where a patient went to a chiropractor and now needs a surgery is fucking insane. All I do is medical charts, day in and day out doing medical code. I've gone over hundreds of patients whole year of appointments. Unless the chiropractor is also a physical therapist, that patient is going to get worse and need surgery with very few exceptions. It doesn't matter when they mention seeing a chiropractor, by the end of the year they need surgery for issues that started after *shock and awe* a chiropractor appointment! I've seen patients needing multiple surgeries to be functional after chiropractors. I've seen patients lose their ability to walk because of chiropractors. And all the way up till they need surgery, through the issues piling up and needing more pain meds, the patients insist it's helping because the want so badly for it to be helping. I wish it did

was talking to a coworker and realised i could not for the life of me remember his name but i was too embarrassed to ask because we've spoken multiple times so mid-conversation i started concocting a plan to nudge the conversation towards the ID photos on our building passes so that i could be like oh my ID photo is awful haha the camera they use to take these has a real talent for making me look as unphotogenic as possible and then he would say oh yes me too haha everyone says that (because they do) and then i would be able to say well let me see yours it can't be as bad as mine! and he would show me his ID because we are coworkers and why wouldn't he and this would allow me to see his building pass which of course would have his name on it and then i would be able to say well yours is perfectly nice it must be me that's the problem! and then we would have a polite chuckle about it and i would have his name without needing to ask for it and he would be none the wiser and all would be well but then before i could execute this fine plan a little voice in my head went "so this is some light yagami bull shit you are about to pull" which was such a violent reality check it shocked me completely out of my embarrassment and i went "hey im so sorry your name has slipped my mind could you remind me" and he did and it was fine.

if you are a queer earring maker at a queer friendly event you should have clipons and ADVERTISE THEM you will make SO MUCH FUCKING MONEY there are SO MANY CUTE TRANS GIRLS who want to try your earrings but don't have pierced ears!!!!!! I repeat YOU WILL MAKE SO MUCH MONEY IF YOU DO THIS

genuinely I have sold a couple runs of earrings now and I can provide solid evidence that advertising that clipons even exist as an option literally tripled my sales

And please if you have the options, get traditional screw backs without a hinged clip. Everything with a clip works by squeezing your ear as hard as it can. Screw backs let you manually tighten it enough that they won’t slip off, but no further, and are much more comfortable for longer periods of time. They seem to be dying out, though, and increasingly hard to get.
