rejoined tumblr a year (?) ago to deal with my justified/givenson feelings and then was immediately overwhelmed by how hard it is to restart a blog on here from scratch lol i am not as brave as i was as a bored college student.

but here i go trying again :’) hello to all who appreciate that beautiful, barely-repressed queer show and its beautifully queer male-male relationships! looking for givenson blogs and writers to follow.

the first iteration of my blog was mostly a repository of gifs of the national i made (i have only titled one of my givenson fics after their lyrics and it really shows my restraint that i have not done more). may try to flex those underused gif-making muscles as well, as i tried to do below lol.

Summary: Shang Qinghua's life is good! Things have settled down, what with The Plot being completed and him not being, y'know, dead. He's married to Mobei-Jun, they have some phenomenal sex, and they're even getting better at that whole communication thing! There's just one teeny, tiny problem.

Well, technically two large, distracting problems that Mobei-Jun has no issues displaying to anyone with a pair of eyes, including Shang Qinghua. Not that he's complaining about the view, of course!

Or so he thinks.

But still! Mobei-Jun clearly isn't on board with Shang Qinghua's obsession with his peerless pecs. No need to rock the boat! Not when things are going so well. Shang Qinghua can definitely keep his fixation to himself. He is subtle, after all!
