Pick out tge ones you like the most and figure out why you like them. Is it because the subject is centered? Is it because you caught them doing something cool? Is it because the light made cool shadows?

I do indeed. And I never get complaints from my clients. I should warn you, though, that the magic is a process of collaboration between the subject and the practitioner. You would have as much influence on the spell as I would.

Well, the spell doesn't reverse time. If I just made you the way you were at 21, you'd be very concerned and confused about it suddenly being 2026. So what I'll ask you to do is visualize yourself as a 21 year old today. It's that visualization that will guide the spell.

Well that sounds perfect! I get a 21 year old body with all the wisdom and experience I have now!

Maybe. It depends on if you can hold that visualization for the duration of the spell. I find that some senior citizens can't help letting their biases about young people influence their visualization.

Biases? I don't have any biases against young people.

Well that's good, since you're about to be one! Some older people think young women today are flighty and silly, oversexed and easily confused. Obsessed with fashion and showing off their young, hot bodies. Over indulging in drugs and alcohol and making bad decisions. That sort of thing.

Oh, well, I guess some young women today are like that, but not all of them, right?

Oh, certainly not all! There's definitely a higher percentage of bimbos in the current generation than in your generation though, don't you think?
