But also sometimes the brain doesn't know how the concept of death works in dreams so it just keeps you alive but still stressed. Sometimes it will heal you as if nothing happen so you can run the situation all over again.

I never know who it is, but I'm for sure certain that I meet its/their goons cause somehow I know it/they sent them after me.

In every dream where im being chased, I know it. So I run. Sometimes I can fly or breathe underwater or run rlly fast or have a weapon(gun, sword, knife, etc) with me, sometimes I'm completely defenseless(those are the worst situations).

Even if i have weapons, there's a solid 70% chance it doesn't work. Guns won't reload or just run out of bullets, swords and knives phase through the attacker or I lose it entirely, etc.

Sometimes the goons are people I never knew(in both the dreams context and irl). Sometimes it was friends or lovers(in the dream context. Also yes my brain tries to make me not aroace lmao).

The latter is why I've been stabbed in the back. Literally. I think my ex-bf(dream context) said "sorry. But you know I never loved you, right. It was his command. I hope you understand" or smth when he put two bullets in my stomache. Mb the asshole behind it all is a man 🤔

Also yes when I'm "caught" by the goons they "kill" me(as in they do smth lethal in the dream but since my brain can't process death I'm fully conscious through all of it). One of their methods was eating me alive,,,, ive also been kidnapped.

Im quite sure it hurt a lot even if it happened inside a dream, and I KNOW i still feel parts of my body aching when I wake up but it goes away in a bit and I wonder if it ever hurt at all.

I usually wake up in a cold sweat at like 2-4am after really intense "deaths"(the eaten alive thing, esp) and either fall back asleep cause IM TIRED and get a sequel to that dream OR I'm forced to stay up cause I feel mortal terror !!

But the most annoying and stressful part of all of it isn't the weird phantom pain it's the fact that in 99.9999% of these dreams no one believes me. I could be with my family or at school but no one would believe me when I say I'm being chased(since I somehow always know i am, as mentioned above). I've run out of school or jumped out windows cause I KNOW I'll be dead meat if I stayed there. The dream ppl found me insane since who the hell jumps out their classroom window ranting abt them being hunted by an unknown terror.

Oh, and every common sense and logic(like school hours, grades, laws, etc) both applies and exists in these dreams btw. So the npcs in these dreams think I'm insane.

I don't care for that much now and just ignore them(the npcs) when they try to talk me out of running but I used to get rlly upset abt it both in-dream and irl when I woke up.

Its not all bad cause I get to experience superpowers. Also sometimes it's funny cause I resort to criminal behavior(homicide, shoplifting, home invasion, assault, etc) to escape them. BECAUSE APPARENRLY IM BEINF FUCKING HUNTED FOR SPORT.

Honestly they must be so pissed since I keep coming back even if they've killed me like a dozen times.

I guess the weirdest thing is

a) why I never realize I'm dreaming(I just know I'm being chased and I need to run and that this has happened before. I don't know I'm in a dream and it isn't real).

b) WHO THE HELL IS AFTER ME???
