Anyone who's ever done anything creative needs to fucking see this.

It is my birthday and I always like to post fic on my birthday; since I don’t have any completed stories ready to go, I wanted to post some of my Morning altverse concept writing, as well as the altverse AU concept, since it follows that Morning concept.  (In other words, the first scene does take place in the Morning altverse; the second couple of scenes do not.)  I did the initial scene a few months ago to get a feel for altverse Thor’s place with Thanos and his specific issues (I pulled lines out of it for Morning 9, so you’ll some of it again later), and the other concept spiraled out from that.  This is the altverse Thor and Loki from Better in the Morning, so the AU where Thor was banished and fell into Thanos’s hands in Thor and Loki ended up being The Good Son, a.k.a. Odin’s timeline in Morning.  (Also note that because of when Thor was banished, there’s a lot he just doesn’t know.)

569 words written today, which means I somehow made word count on a day I spent going pretty insane. like that was my day. crashing out completely, not eating, and then I did drag myself up to campus for an hour to do some work in the evening, then to the grocery store so I could dissociate in the bottled water aisle and buy four kinds of fruit (strawberries, blackberries, bananas, and mangos). mostly I still feel insane but also exhausted. remember I was sick yesterday, too! jesus.

i mean it is completely possible that the mother who had an affair either didn't love anymore her husband (and cheated on him fir this reason) or had an affair only for sexual/boredom reasons (like lots of men do, and women can do too) so she might have not been technically in love with two people at once.
