Mutsumi - 8

Upon learning about Mortis's love for cats, Yukina instantly wanted to adopt doll. The rest of Roselia had to physically pull her away from doing so. (This happens with every cat-loving or cat-like kohai she meets.)

Sakiko - 7

Nobody knows that her birthday is on Valentine's Day, and Sakiko wishes to keep it that way. Chocolate and heart-shaped objects can only do so much to heal all the middle school trauma.

Notes: Now that we know her favourite food is chocolate, I believe now that the reason she doesn't want to be given chocolate is to stop herself from emotional eating it all

Mashiro - 8 and 9

While Mashiro is normally insecure in their general skills, if there is one thing that they're confident in, it's crane games. It's as if Mashiro has this innate knowledge of where to strategically lower the crane hand, in order to get even the most hidden of stuffed prizes. Ako and Rokka can always count on Mashiro to successful get whatever prize any of them desire.

9- Mashiro loves to draw, but has never had the confidence to do anything more with it. They have a bunch of elaborate doodles stuffed in their bedroom drawers, doomed to never see the light of day. That is, until Touko and Nanami found the doodles, while hanging out in their room. From that point on, the three became drawing buddies.

Rana - 8

Even before Mortis, Yukina has always wanted to adopt Raana as her fellow-cat-loving child, and the rest of Roselia have to physically pry her off of cat. The entirety of the autistic guitarists managed to beat her to the punch in the adoption category.

Notes: Also 5 (Rana is terrified of cucumbers)

Kaoru - 9

Kaoru knows how to cook very exquisite and elaborate meals. But the bad news is that they only know how to cook exquisite and elaborate meals. Ask them to create a peanut-butter-and-jelly or grilled cheese sandwich, and they would find some way to misinterpret and botch it up.

Notes: Also 8 (Kaoru has good endurance and agility) and 7 (Kaoru cannot sit on a chair normally for the life of her)

Sayo - 8 and 10

Due to being around people like Hina and Ako, Sayo is fluent in brainrot, and serves as their reliable translator for their less technologically-inclined peers.

Combining her love of archery and video games, Sayo excels at first-person shooters. She is well-aware of the toxicity that comes in these lobbies, and she is an expert at shutting those toxic griefers down, without letting a single curse word slip.

Hina - Also 8

With how much Hina loves horror stories, it only makes sense that she would love creepypastas. It was part of the reason why she learned English (which eventually snowballed into her mastery of all languages), and she is currently translating them back into Japanese to show them to Ako (who especially loves video game-related creepypastas, even if they end up giving her nightmares).

Notes: Though I also agree with Hina's 10 (Hina's a good senpai to her fellow astronomy club members), it's a bit minor

Rimi - 7 and 8

NEVER invite Rimi to join your hear-me-out cake party, because they would be putting down literal eldritch abominations as their hear-me-outs. No matter the abomination, they're all hot girls to them.

Rimi has two different blogs that she takes great effort into hiding, because they are starkly different from each other. The first one is a horror review blog where she reviews movies, video games, manga, etc.. The second one is a blog dedicated to Kaoru Seta x Reader fanfic, although she would also write Popipa x Reader.

PAREO - 8

PAREO and Eve bond over being the only two keyboardists with ANY muscle definition. They help lift up heavy things that the other keyboardists struggle with.

Notes: Naturally 6 (PAREO has the full ability to kick someone to the curb) is a prerequisite.

Chisato - 8

Chisato is a total teetotaler, because the first time they got drunk was the most humiliating experience they ever had. To give you an idea of what a drunk Chisato is like, just imagine a mix between Hina's impulsiveness with Aya's weepiness.

Notes: Also 5 (Part russian), though to a lesser extent. She just speaks the language. She would love to go to Russia someday.

Umiri - 7

He likes to go clothes shopping with Taki, as well as offering some of his more feminine accessories and clothes to her. And Taki would be lying if she said that it didn't help her, at least a bit.

Notes: This is one of the headcanons I ported into the Yosogai version of the birthday posts. I'd say 9 (love of jewelery) but that's just canon at this point. But then again so is 8 (Umiri treats ginger ale like alcohol)

Ran - 8

Ran likes their bread burnt to an absolute crisp. It's the only thing that Moca genuinely hates about Ran, as this extends to any time they make bread for their guitarist.

Notes: Also everything else between 5 and 9. Not sure about 10 though

Tomoe - 8

As a child, Tomoe had an obsession with TCGs and beetle fights. She was a local and unbeatable terror on the local playground, because of it. She passed that knowledge down onto Ako, and that's how her sister became the gamer girl that she is today.

Notes: Also 9 (The leader of the drummers).

Kanon - 7

As a preteen, Kanon was obsessed with playing Club Penguin (it was how she made most of her friendships, pre-HHW), and was DISTRAUGHT when it was later shut down. Her favorite character was Paige (aka. the Puffle Handler)

Notes: Also 4+5 (Has dyspraxia and regularly gets injured due to her clumsiness) as well as 10 (she can recite Happy Feet and Finding Nemo from memory) as well

MASKING - 7

He is a big fan of pro-wrestling, and loves to practice his softer and more playful moves on CHU2, while reserving his harder moves for his fellow fighters in the Butler Squad.

Notes: As if any of the Butler Squad other than Tomoe can even match up to her. Also 6 (Leader of the Maya Yamato fanclub), 8 (she stitched the rabbits on her jacket herself) and 9 (Biggest eater out of the drummers)

Saya - 9 and 10

Ever since they were a child, Saaya has always loved bees and honey, to the point that a lot of their past clothes have bee imagery on them. They were also prone to getting stung by them in their more reckless pre-siblings days, which always terrified their mother.

With how much she loves romance and photography, Saaya still often volunteers at local weddings to be their photographer. The adults who know enough about her will never stop bringing up the fiasco that happened between her, Kaoru, and Tomoe, much to her amusement and slight embarrassment.

Notes: Also 7 (Saya is interested in heavy metal) and 8 (Uses Tae as a human shield against animals that might attack her)

Soyo - 5

As showcased with her favorite and least favorite foods, Soyo has a huge distaste for meat dishes and greatly prefers getting her protein from beans and nuts. I personally go back and forth on headcanoning her a vegetarian.

Notes: Also 5 (vegetarian) and 6 (The S_y_ club now with Soiya)

Nyamu - 6

Nyamu is VERY OBNOXIOUS about the fact that she was born on the first day of Pride Month, and would use her birthday as the chance to be even gayer than she already is.

Notes: Also 8 (low spice tolerance but would try attempt any spice challenge thrown at her) and 10 (She's gonna release the Mori files)

Nanami - 7 and 10

Because of their pet brine shrimp, Nanami is VERY uncomfortable around any kind of shrimp dishes.

Out of all the school subjects, Nanami likes history the best. It greatly pained them to pretend to be average in that class, because they would love nothing more than to talk about prehistoric wildlife and how different forms of horror media reflect the values of their respective eras.

Notes: Honestly, I agree with all of them (well at least 5 - 10 which is what really counts, I might dance around 4). Also, I sort of see where Fusion was going with 2 (Kins Yuri from DDLC) but I don't really agree

Uika - 6

Although he hates insects, Hatsune does love domesticated lizards, although he can't own one because Uika hates them. To no one's surprise, he has a special love for chameleons.

Notes: Imagine if you will, this. Ikka Dumb Rock visits Fujin RIZING's sharehouse, and Shizuku absolutely freezes at the sight Rex. This is the first time that Dumb Rock has seen Shizuku this disturbed before. (Yes, I know Hatsune is supposed to be the star of the show, but hey I get a free headcanon of her sister)

Eve - 8 and 9

Considering their experience with both cold showers and saunas, Eve has a remarkable tolerance for both extremely-cold and extremely-hot temperatures. The weather always needs to be either a little bit hot or a little bit cold for it to feel right on their skin.

Eve's huggy nature means that he mentally categorizes his friends by huggability, and is even able to find the huggability in girls who are little more than skin and pokey bones (coughcoughYukinacoughcough).

Notes: Also 7 (Everyone needs to stop her from slicing things with a sword)

Ako - 6, but also 8 and 10

Contrary to what bats friends might think, Ako is the person with the most in-depth knowledge of swear words out of the whole cast, due to being a hardcore gamer. This knowledge even extends to swear words in practically every language. This makes implementing swear jars a complete nightmare.

Ako has a STRONG LOVE for insects and arachnids, which ze got from bug-fighting with Tomoe. Ze would especially love to own a tarantula, stag beetle, rhinoceros beetle, or Madagascar hissing cockroach, to the point that ze would try to keep the insects that Roselia ordered zer to kill.

Happy Birthday, Sei

1- Physical appearance: A few centimeters taller than Maya, actually, and with paler skin. (I'd like to give her a redesign some day)

2- Some kins she has: Mafuyu Asahina (Project Sekai), Su (Shugo Chara), Remy the Rat (Ratatouille)

3- Gray-aroace bisexual cisgender. That last part is interesting, trust me

4- AuDHD with an interest in flowers and cooking.

5- If her time travel ability had no limits, then she would like to go is the renaissance. She loves the aesthetic and wants to meet some famous artists.

6- She and Kurumi like to bond over baking. Kurumi tries to implement her love of flowers into his cakes.

7- Due to Ka... Sei's mother picking a rather unfortunate kanji (精) for her name, Sei prefers to write her name in katakana. That doesn't stop everyone else, especially Kyou, from using the kanji reading

8- After finding out how good an actress Sei is from the N13 live performance, Kurumi has asked her to join Tsukinomori's theater club. Of course, Sei declined.

9- If Sei and Rana were to ever meet, I'd think they'd bond over having heterochromia. In addition, I think Sei would have a fondness for both cats and dogs so they'll also bond over that. Sei would eventually start making matcha flavoured deserts for next time they meet

Happy Birthday, Kurumi

1- Physical appearance: Slim build, though with light toned muscles. Slightly tanned with freckles. Also, while not physical appearance, I imagine his voice to be the stereotypical nasality.

2- Some kins he has: Tennis Ball (Battle for Dream Island), Phineas Flynn (Phineas and Ferb), Kusuri Yakuzen (Hyakkano)

3- Achillean aromantic cisgender. Usually he/him, but jokingly claimed that his pronoun in other languages are whatever the gender of the word for walnut is (elle/lei/sie/هو)

4- Autistic, with a special interest in video game glitches and linguistics

5- Kurumi being Kurumi, wanted to figure how far his omniglot ability goes. Cut to him trying to get a copy of the Voynich Manuscript.

6- 9R3 has a secret cult following that he is completely unaware of. Said cult following even managed to improve on the exploits he discovered.

7- Of course, Kurumi tried to hack the Golden Lotus sword into his inventory, but due to it being linked to Gekkou, it had no success.

8- Kurumi is the type of person to criticize horror movies and bad sci-fi movies (Especially when the former has ominous latin chanting that translates into gibberish). Despite this, he does seem to enjoy the good well-written sci-fi though, even if they too may have scientific inaccuracies every now and again

9- Owing to his love of video game glitches, Kurumi actually has made a few games for game jams, each with a unique gimmick of his own. Almost all of them has an intentional glitch that he left in leading to a secret ending of sorts.
