People who transition are biologically distinct from their birth sex, that's like the whole point of transitioning. Treating a trans man on hrt and has had many surgical interventions exactly like a cis woman does not factor in his wholly different health profile which is likely closer to that of a cis man (given the huge impacts of hormones on health profile). It is hugely dangerous and completely antithetical to person-centred-care
