"Hey don't lookit me! Rory's the one who told me you were a whore!" "What- since when!" "Unova." "Arceus… We barely talked then! I swear I talked to you more than her for the PWT!" "Don't derail! So?" Green snorts and crosses his arms looking away indignantly, "I would not say I'm a whore. But no. I wouldn't say I'm chill with physical affection because I-," He uses air quotes, "get around." he rolls his eyes. "I swear. I wanna ask you what else she's been saying to slander my name if-" Fizz sticks their tongue out at Green, "Ask her youreself dude." The silence that hangs in the air after that was probably the most surprising bit of that conversation Fizz muses.

"Wo-w~" Green whistles before smirking. Leaning forward with his hands in his pockets and mischief in his eyes at he looks to Rory's squinty eyed face. Gritting out her words Rory continues their meandering pace through the deserted route, "What." Green shifted his expression to hooded eyes, raised brows, and a lazy smirk that all too often pulls a corner of his mouth higher than the other, "Always had my suspicions but like, dude." The emphasis on the last word has Rory frowning at him. Her hands tignting into fists at her side. "Explain." Green straightens up just to shrug his shoulders and keep his hands positioned palms up, "Fizz wasn't exaggerating about how close you hold your cards to your chest. 'least they know. That's the important part. But why do you guard the depth of your affection for them to everyone else?" Rory snaps her head away from him and clicks her tongue, "Guess old habits just die hard. It's not on purpose." Green's expression shifts to being more neutral, "Despite what you seem to think? It seems to me like you are harmonized to live in Kanto." Rory turns to give him another squinty look. Green laughs, "I'm serious! You really adopted the unspoken social rules so well! After being so well traveled I would've imagined you'd have loosened up on that at least a bit by now." Rory turns away from him and looks forward, sighing, relaxing, their pace still slow, "I do think I have…" Green lifts his arms and cradles the back of his head, "Mmm, well I admit I can't say I knew you all that well beore you left so… you're probably right. Just-" "Fizz has mentioned to me before about being a bit frustrated and anxious about how I come off as stand off-ish. And has asked me why you aren't." Green grins to himself, "Yeah. They asked me that too." Rory raises an eyebrow at him but he pretends he doesn't notice the unspoken question.

[[I was suppose to include it but it seems like Green and Rory already talk like me and Wal here… They say a lot less than they communicate to each other out loud. Green was suppose to be referring to how Rory literally stayed in Unova waiting for Fizz to come back. And they decided to "protect" Unova for them while they were gone. But he literally didn't say any of that but it all got across to each other 😭]]

Red turns and steps to stand in front of Rory and grabs them by the shoulder, shaking them and crouching slightly to try look Rory in the face. But he can tell by the look in her eyes she's not seeing him. "hey…" he shakes her, no response. His tone pitches higher and he shakes her a little harder, "Hey! A joke, I was joking!"

He waits a few beats, but with the rapid beating of his heart for the count it couldn't have been as long as he imagined. Still holding their shoulders he glances side to side not knowing what he's really looking for. Inhaling he closes his eyes before letting go of Rory. Exhaling slowly he digs his ancient PokeGear out of his pocket and dials. The tone feels as though it's lasting an eternity. Once the line is picked up he inhales sharply before exhaling his word quickly, "Fizz…?"

The sharp pain to the back of his head that has him stumble a step forward catches him off guard. He's blinking the pain back as he reaches out and steadies himself on the doorway.

Though he's lifted his head looking down is how he meets Fizz's gaze. And it's sharp and intense. The wide eyes and lips pressed to a bloodless thin are accentuated by the crossed arms. With the exception of them leaning their weight more to one side and their other leg extending to the opposite side Red belt like a Butterfree pinned to a board.

He could only understand half of the words coming out of their mouth once they started reaming him out. The other half sounded to be in an accent that felt like the words became so slurred he couldn't pick out more than a few of them. And those of which he did understand were not what Green would say was suitable for good company.
