listen i’m so here for they/them pronouns but if a trans man uses he/him and you call him they because calling him he makes you uncomfortable, ur transphobic

Degendering is an act of misgendering. If you know someone’s pronouns, and you refuse to use them and you use they/them instead, that’s still misgendering and you need to stop. It’s no different than using he/him if you’re referring to someone who goes by she/her. If you know the person’s pronouns, use them. Don’t weasel your way around it.
