A Dragon Screw is a takedown that targets the leg. For this move, the attacker grabs the opponents leg and rapidly twists their own body as they fall to the ground. The attacking wrestler's shoulder will often collide with the defending wrestler's knee during this movement. As a result, the defending wrestler's leg will twist along with the attacker, putting a lot of torque on the knee. The rest of the defender's body will then twist as well as they fall to the ground.
