Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 6 cups mixed salad greens. 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
