Enjoy a tasty Mushroom Marsala Pork Tenderloin meal that only needs one pan, cooked to perfection in your air fryer. The mushrooms go great with the tender pork, and the Marsala wine gives it a rich, savory flavor. It's an easy and quick meal that works great on busy weeknights.
Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin about 1 pound. 8 oz mushrooms, sliced. 1/2 cup Marsala wine. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Salt, pepper, and dried thyme should be used to season the pork tenderloin. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. For about two to three minutes on each side, sear the pork tenderloin until it turns brown. Take the pork tenderloin out of the pan and set it aside. Put the garlic and sliced mushrooms in the same pan. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking until the mushrooms are soft. Add the Marsala wine and let it cook for two to three minutes so that it reduces and gets a little thicker. Put the pork tenderloin that has been seared in the air fryer basket and pour the mushroom Marsala sauce over it. Put the pork in the air fryer and set it to 375F 190C. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cut the Mushroom Marsala Pork Tenderloin into thin slices and serve it hot.
