its kinda funny how rumi (kpdh) is called rumi cs yk shes half demon half human and always looking for spiritual connection and like some sense of belonging which is quite literally what rumi (the persian poet) is famous for in most of his poetry, that rejects love as entirely romantic but promotes it as a sense of connection to the divine
and these quotes by rumi (the poet) really gives me rumi (kpdh) vibes;
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” “I want to sing like the birds sing, not worrying about who hears or what they think.”
[these are translated very obviously because i cannot speak persian but i just think its a neat detail] [i shared this cs ive been thinking abt it ever since i read your post on rumi being named after a pattern which is genuinely the coolest detail ever]
