Keto-friendly and dairy-free, these Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers are a great appetizer that will please any crowd. When you wrap juicy chicken in crispy bacon, you get a tasty little snack that's great for any occasion.
Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces. 12 slices of bacon. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated. Wrap each chicken piece with a slice of bacon and thread onto skewers, alternating between chicken and bacon. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through, flipping halfway through cooking. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
