Ingredients: 1 cup frozen strawberries. 1 ripe banana. 1 cup almond milk. 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Add the frozen strawberries, ripe banana, almond milk, and peppermint extract to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
