Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 slices cheese. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles for toppings.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired level of doneness is reached.
