This Spicy Buffalo Hummus Dip is a spicy take on regular hummus that's great for parties or game day snacks. When you mix hot sauce and sour flavors, you get a deliciously addicting dip that goes well with chips or crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot. 2 tablespoons tahini. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional. 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese optional, for garnish. 2 green onions, thinly sliced optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Put chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce in a food processor. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Place the hummus in a bowl for serving. For decoration, you can add crumbled blue cheese and sliced green onions if you want to. You can serve it with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery sticks, or any other vegetables you like to dip.
