HRA(?)
(Image from the Zoe de Vera character page on the remedy website)
So these things absolutely aren't like the HRAs we know.
It says "A-R INJECTOR M1" (Active-Resonance?) above the FBC logo, and though tumblr compression makes it unreadable, the grey pouch held in place by the rubber band says "Sterile" before the next word is redacted.
Following the wire, there's also two types of tape on Zoe's neck, the grey duct tape and a square of clear tape, like the kind used to secure a canula to an injection site. I had previously though that the wire was for an earpiece, but if it's to an injection site, no wonder they've taped it down so it can't catch on anything, or else they risk ripping it directly out of their carotid artery.
Have they invented an new serum or medication of some kind that prevents or holds off Hiss infection? With Jesse gone, the usual HRA models can't rely on Polaris to power them. Or is this a new device for a new threat?
How are they manufacturing the pouches of injectable material, and what are they making it out of?
Occasionally, after sealing a rift or after her emotions have particularly influenced her Arcane Warrior abilities during a battle, denizens of the Fade flock to the beacon that is the Inquisitor. They rest across her head and shoulders as a mantle, both finding and giving comfort in equal measure.

Bigby Wolf in THE WOLF AMONG US 2
Fka twigs, the woman that you are, the artist.
Truly, absolutely a brilliant live performer. Such thorough planning and choreography and yet managing to make it feel utterly vulnerable.
I've gone. Not one for goodbyes, I thought it best to slip out quietly. Love to you all, Giles.

So, throughout Trespasser we see Solas from the past trying to convince his followers that he is not actually a god and the evanuris are actually (if you'll excuse the term) mortals. In order to make him seem like a legitimate threat to the evanuris, he has to be equal to them and he chooses to bring them down instead of raising himself up. Now obviously that tactic fails and Fen'Harel becomes remembered as a god.
But my question is who do you think started that belief? Because it really does benefit both the evanauris and Solas's followers.
Since there apparently were more evanuris than just eight, and Solas successfully killed some of them, it really doesn't make the survivors look very godly if one of their number got taken out by some average Joe with a grudge. So they deify him, hope to kill him, and nobody else will be able to take his place because they're clearly not a god. It's sort of a last ditch attempt to control the narrative once they realize they can no longer just brush him off.
But Solas's followers also definitely benefit from that narrative because it's so difficult to take beings worshiped as gods and humanize them (if you'll forgive that term). That can give them hope that their struggling isn't pointless, that they aren't raging helplessly against these cruel gods, because they have a god on their side as well.
This is something that plays out during Inquisition as well. While technically none of their followers are calling the Inquisitor a god, people definitely believe Inky is more than just a simple person and you can't convince me that in another century or so a break-off group starts worshiping them (probably started by that cult in the Hinterlands). And on the other hand, Corypheus repeatedly talks about Inky like they're also trying to become a god, like he is. And it doesn't matter how much the Inquisitor may try to protest, everyone is trying to elevate them to be more than human (elf/dwarf/qunari).
Throughout Inquisition, Solas must have been feeling an extreme case of déjà vu.

Comment from Facebook about The Other Bennet Sister:
I must say there are some changes from the book (Iām about three quarters in, so Iām not finished yet) and some of my fav scenes in the book didnāt make it into the series! and my poor husband was scared for life (his words, not mine lol) during a scene showing the sisters getting ready for the Netherfield ball where we see Mary wash her underarms and she has some impressive arm hair! I know itās time period accurate but a little jarring to see (and to be honest I donāt know if I can ever watch a period piece again without thinks āall the women have arms hair!ā) and mustāve taken some commitment on the actressās part! Thatās dedication to the role and accuracy! And as warning for viewers with younger children, I couldāve done without the intro portion that heavily alluded to Mr. & Mrs. Bennetās early matrimonial relations⦠Nothing was really shown, but heavily implied. Wished I had know so I couldāve skipped that bit
I actually took screenshots of the absolute HORROR that is a woman with body hair and I would like to note that I didn't even notice her un-shaved armpits because I was being happy about the lack of torture lace-ups on her stays.
Oh no! A woman with mild body hair! I can never look at the world the same way again!
Shoot me now
It āmustāve taken some commitment on the actressās part!ā to GROW OUT SOME HAIR on her pits. š I canāt. Everyone is not okay, at all.
I've never loved anyone as much as I love Ursula Le Guin

For the first time Denmark has more female ministers than male ones. And a female primeminister.
Our new government is a rickety compromise and probably wonāt last a full four years, but this milestone is at least something to be very excited about.
