My experience with using cuteness to improve my health

I believe people really undervalue using cuteness to help make your mental and physical health more manageable. I feel like this can apply to many things but I specifically am going to talk about my experience with taking vitamins/medicine.
Due to a variety of issues (physical health conditions, food restrictions and disordered eating) I have needed to take vitamins for many years now and occasionally need take medication as well. However I have found regularly taking the vitamins to be nearly impossible. I haven't ever been able to take them for more than a few of days in a row. After that I end up forgetting to take them for weeks at a time.
I had several issues with taking them. I overall didn't like taking them and I found them to be an annoyance. Even looking at them was an annoyance. Their containers were ugly and clinical. And then the colors of the vitamins themselves also were very unappealing. I know these may seem like very little things. But these details made me avoid looking at them. I didn't like seeing them and as a result I would often completely forget about them or forget if I had taken them that day or not.
I tried several things to get into a habit of taking them such as setting an alarm or setting them out somewhere more visible. But I'd still end up putting it off and forgetting.
Since being more active in menhera communities online I have been inspired to take better care of myself. I tried to think of things that have helped me form healthy habits in past. I specifically thought about my bullet journal and how making my planner cute has helped me stay a lot more organized and less anxious. I remembered seeing posts in the menhera tag mentioning cute pill cases. So I decided to make my own.
This is the one I use now! I just found a simple case that has a pink hue and added ruffled ribbon to it. It also has a little loop at the end where I added a my melody charm. (I'd also like to add cute stickers but I haven't found one I like)
I also painted and added ribbon to these jars so I can take keep the vitamins/medicine there in the meantime instead of the ugly containers. (I took them out of these jars for the photo because showing what I take feels weirdly personal)
Since I have changed the containers I keep my vitamins/medication in I've noticed a change in my view of them. Even though the color of them is the same I don't mind because I'm able to focus on the cuteness around them instead. I no longer feel uneasy or annoyed looking at them. I find myself remembering them now because they cuter and nicer to see.
I made this change about two months ago and I have actually managed to start taking the vitamins regularly. I have taken them everyday for about a month and half now. Cuteness has made it so much easier to do this self care task. It also it just makes me happier to add cuteness into the more difficult parts of my daily routine.

I have a sweet tooth a salty tooth a sour tooth, all of my teeth all the food all for me Iβm the delightful foodie with so much to see gimme a little bit of rice and sushi I want it nowβ¦ a burger of a medium size a side of cruspy yumbly fries give it to me as I please and Iβll show you the Foodieβs Fantasy Iβll eat anything for dinnerspirationβ¦.a fond milkshake a BLT even though I donβt care for bacon β¦ hot dog you name it i crave it, I save it Iβll savor it with an open mind Iβll try and Iβll and find , my food joy , the hidden glee , I havenβt been able to see , and for the record I wanna say Iβm sorry, for Eating that tomato past when I should, it wasnβt good but Iβve learned mh lesson I wonβt be messin if itβs past its due date, I know I donβt wanna waste but thereβs danger in that taste, so see me turning over a whole new leaf, spinach leaf, romaine , Iβm back to real life again and I just wanna give a shout out to those who believed in me even when I made food mistakes, you gave me a break and I will forever appreciate the kindness it took to see me at my worst , But now Iβm well versed so PASS THE BRATWURST shout out to German ancestry, shout out to every country everywhere reppping best foods, Iβm talking india ethiopia a foodieβs utopia. Letβs make dinner letβs make a move letβs make a stand letβs go international hand in hand eating every dish we can and when the plane lands - back in america that freedom land theyβll look at me and say, what a truly Hungry man.

in both cases: always start on the lowest setting and wrapped in something soft!! if it hurts, stop!!
But, re: sinuses: look up a diagram of where they are, and when a spot feels particularly good or is particularly congested, hold it there longer. Definitely keep tissues handy for when it drains. Also it can help if your sinuses hurt like fuck but aren't actually congested (which happened when I had covid), but the effect doesn't last long.
Re: TMJ disorder: You can just push it against the joint, obviously; if your vibe has a small contact point you can REALLY dig in there (but again: stop if it hurts). But don't forget the whole area around the joint, around your ears, and up your scalp. There's a lot of muscles that tighten when your jaw is tight/stiff/in pain. Be especially careful when on a spot that's just skin over a bone without a lot of padding.
vibrators can also help if you have restless legs syndrome! Especially ones with fancy pulse patterns. When my RLS is severe I tuck them behind my knees or wherever & can finally lie still & sleep. You might need to wrap them in fabric to avoid skin irritation ymmv. There was even a paper published somewhere called "counter stimulatory devices for RLS" that was hilariously vague about saying the word "vibrator"
Once again adding also useful if you have dystonia or any kind of muscle spasticity. I have cervical dystonia (neck spasms) and dystonia in my left leg that's essentially like persistent Charley horse cramps from my neuromuscular issues and bought a Hitachi expressly for this purpose lol
