Unfortunately, it's not easily accessible - due to various copyright and nonprofit regulations, the NYPL can't make any sort of copies for distribution, so you have to go to the Performing Arts building itself, make an appointment, sign some forms, and then you can watch it. You may need to sign up for a temporary card and you might have to bend the truth to why you want to see it, but it's there, and it's quite a bit less labor-intensive than inventing a time machine.
