These herb and cheese-stuffed air-fried burgers are a tasty take on regular burgers. Every bite tastes great because of the fresh herbs and melted cheddar cheese. They will be perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside while still being juicy on the inside if you air fry them.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tablespoons fresh herbs e.g., parsley, basil, or thyme, finely chopped. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving.
Instructions: Ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Form the mixture into 8 thin patties that are all the same size. On four of the patties, put a slice of cheddar cheese. Then, put another patiety on top of each one and seal the edges to make stuffed burgers. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Make sure the burgers don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket. Air fry the burgers for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until the crust is golden brown and the burgers are cooked to your liking. In the air fryer, toast the hamburger buns for one to two minutes, until they are just beginning to brown. Add lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings to the burgers. Enjoy while hot!
