This Shrimp Tomato Spinach Pasta in Garlic Butter Sauce is a flavorful and satisfying dish perfect for any occasion. The combination of succulent shrimp, sweet cherry tomatoes, and tender spinach tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce is sure to impress your taste buds.
Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti pasta. 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4 tbsp unsalted butter. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Before you serve the shrimp, make sure it's pink and fully cooked. This should take about two to three minutes per side. Take the shrimp out of the pan and set it aside. Put the cherry tomatoes that have been cut in half into the same pan. Cook for about two minutes, until they start to get soft. Put in some fresh spinach leaves and cook them until they wilt. Put the cooked shrimp back in the pan. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss everything together. Add unsalted butter to the pan and stir it around until it melts and covers everything. Add pepper and salt to taste. Take it off the heat. The pasta should have grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley on top of it. Enjoy while hot!
