💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Stonewalker Wraps Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a monk) ___ These dusty leather footwraps are stitched with a geographic pattern. While wearing them, you gain the following benefits. 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚. You gain tremorsense out to a range of 10 feet, and difficult terrain composed of earth or stone doesn’t cost you extra movement. When you expend a ki point to use your Step of the Wind, the range of this tremorsense increases to 30 feet until the start of your next turn. 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙬. When you expend a ki point to use your Flurry of Blows as a bonus action, you can replace any of the unarmed strikes you make as part of it with a special attack. This attack summons an earthen slab from the ground below a target that you can see within 60 feet of you, striking the target with unyielding force before returning to the ground. Treat the attack as if it were a normal unarmed strike, except it ignores half and three-quarters cover. If you use your Stunning Strike on an unarmed strike made in this way, the attack also deals an extra 1d6 bludgeoning damage. 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚. When you expend a ki point to use your Patient Defense as a bonus action, you can choose to grant yourself resistance to piercing and slashing damage until the start of your next turn, instead of its normal effects. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! Saint (and his sword Summit) for @color-palettes monthly palette challenge! I thought this color palette was more him before I started working on it and I was like. hmm. this blue looks mint next to the peach. but wtv, I liked how this turned out despite it!

Yelling “we got company” right before being attacked by a horde of enemies probably feels good as fuck for an action protagonist
Solum OC commission for Nue <3 Thank you so much!
NIBBLE POISON, Check asymmetrical frill skirt
Surprisingly, I really like making pact boons for Warlock. Here’s one that’s focused on hitting in succession to rack up combo point and spend those points for special maneuvers. Hope you enjoy!

Casting lightning magic alone in the parking lot
Cops are here.
Casting lightning magic alone in the parking lot
drama in the mad scientist and wizard communities
Another week of mundane work down means I have some more time to work on the things I really care about, namely made up fantasy worlds that don't include my boss. Anyway, here's a lifepath for Delvers that doesn't involve working at a bank.
Delvers is about a lot more than fighting so this is the only lifepath that is truly dedicated to combat. A quick reminder for how the lifepaths and gestalt lifepaths work in Delvers so we can talk more about the gestalts for the warrior lifepath:
Character statistics are generated using a combination of rolled stats and point-buy that gives an element of randomness to which lifepaths will be available to you at character creation.
If you qualify for two lifepaths during character creation, you can gestalt them into a new lifepath.
When you gestalt two lifepaths, you choose one ability from each lifepath, gain a 3rd ability from the gestalt, and then gain a new sub-path. To be clear about what each of those words refers to using the warrior for reference, the abilities are Combat Acclimation, Fighter, and Analysis, and the sub-paths are Adventurer and Soldier.
Unsurprisingly all of the warrior gestalts have something to do with fighting but they all introduce some other element into the picture that expands their horizons in some manner.
Knight (Warrior/Noble)
Spellsword (Warrior/Practitioner)
Champion (Warrior/Exemplar)
Warsmith (Warrior/Artisan)
Treasure Hunter (Warrior/Merchant)
Barbarian (Warrior/Outlander)
Thug (Warrior/Outlaw)
Brawler (Warrior/Laborer)
My hope for this design is that there will be a lot of ways to combine the features of the lifepaths and that will provide players with a lot of customizability during character creation.
Ok I've gotta cut this short because I forgot about plans I made. Again. Happy gaming! - Forge

I just had some...thoughts... about sticking animal heads on human shoulders. Bear with me.
I think the reason some anthros look really strange (I’m looking at you, Skyrim) is because animal skulls don’t attach to their spines the same way ours do. Our spines and skulls are very vertical, but many animals’ are closer to horizontal.
Some people solve this by giving the animal skulls a human skull shape on the back. But, to me it makes them look somehow bald(??) and just kinda weird in general. If, instead, you change their necks to curve so that the spine still connects where their four legged counterparts’ do, they no longer look yucky! (And also don’t need a hair-do!)
This seems especially applicable for animals like big cats, cows, and lizards — animals whose spines attach very horizontally to their heads.
Anyway, enjoy some more art I did while having these very specific thoughts.
i'm genuinely having so much fun writing a jock protagonist. can't believe i never tried this before. all these years i've been limiting myself needlessly
i've created an extremely elaborate magic system based on linear algebra and not once does the narrator ever explain how it works. he doesn't know. he doesn't care. that's nerd shit. he is going on a lad's night out and if you try to tell him anything about equations he'll put his fingers in his ears and go "lalalala"
i feel it's important to add that my other protagonist is an academic and does know how the magic system works, but he doesn't get a POV chapter until halfway through the story. which means that over the course of 40,000 words we gradually build up a solid working idea of this world and its laws, as understood by Jock Protagonist - and then it switches to Nerd Protagonist, who's like, "just so we're clear, he was wrong about basically all of that."
This is genius
