“Why don’t you call me?” Phone calls can feel draining or stressful. Introverts prefer planned conversations and need downtime to recharge, so frequent calls aren’t always appealing.

“Why don’t you go out more?” Staying in isn’t a problem—it’s a preference. Introverts enjoy quiet activities and need alone time to feel refreshed, even if they occasionally like going out.
