I am once again asking for help even though I hate doing so.
Nestie and I are driving the struggle bus these days, mentally, physically, socially... Neither of us can go to work right now and we can't even really afford to get the bus to interviews and medical appointments. We have a little bit of insurance coming in to assist but not nearly enough to keep us housed, much less to keep the lights on or feed ourselves and our cats.
Even a few cents helps. PayPal and Stripe are set up with ko-fi, and moots can DM me for my personal PayPal account or an email for e-transfer if they prefer. Please, help keep two trans guys housed a little longer while we try and get healthy enough to work again.

Btw if people keep telling you to stretch but never told you how to actually do it right you're supposed to go slower than you think & just hold it until you feel the muscle relax. Like how anal works
Also the muscle that goes up to your temples and gives you headaches is the same as the one that clenches your jaw & it goes down the sides of your neck so stretching your neck helps with headaches and jaw tension. You can also massage it with a vibrator
