I must talk about my hatred for bells...

So I had like a "field trip" yesterday for one of my classes at school(I won't say which class) and we went to multiple places to see things and we go to this one place where there are 2 big bells there where you can ring them. My classmates as they typically would decided to ring the bell multiple times. I thought I would be fine I was very wrong they were a very huge trigger for my tics...

Since yesterday they have been terrible

another note during that trip I got overstimulated

positive note! I told one of my friends I was autistic and I hadn't told them yet prior to this trip keep in mind and they just go "Oh yeah I knew that already" when I told them I was autistic.

Sometimes I forget my autism is pretty visible to others and sometimes I forget I'm a msn autistic blehehe
