The goodness of dried cranberries, apricots, and cherries are combined with the sweetness of white chocolate chips and the crunch of chopped nuts in these delectable Fruit Platter Cookies. They are ideal for a refreshing treat on a fruit platter and are sure to please at any gathering!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dried cranberries. 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped. 1/2 cup dried cherries. 1/4 cup white chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds or walnuts.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla extract and egg to the mix and beat until everything is well mixed. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix them together until a soft dough forms. It's time to add the white chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried apricots, and dried cherries. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. You can use a cookie scoop for this. Make each cookie a little flatter with the back of a spoon. Put the cookies in an oven that is already hot and bake them for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Put the cookies on a fruit platter and serve after they have cooled down.

Savor the rich and creamy flavors of brownie and Nutella in a delicious tart form. A dash of coffee salt adds just the right amount of flavor for a memorable and filling dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts. 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules. 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt.
Instructions: Grease a 9-inch tart pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Melt the unsalted butter and Nutella in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool a little. Mix the eggs, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar in a different bowl until thoroughly blended. Once the egg mixture is smooth, add the Nutella and butter mixture and stir. Combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a separate bowl. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients gradually, stirring just until combined. Mix chopped hazelnuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips into the brownie batter. Evenly spread the brownie batter after pouring it into the tart pan that has been oiled. For 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, bake in the preheated oven. Make the coffee salt topping while the tart bakes. Combine the coarse sea salt and instant coffee granules in a small bowl. After the brownie tart is baked, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for a short while. Evenly scatter the coffee-salt mixture on top of the warm brownie tart. Let the tart cool fully before cutting into slices and serving. Enjoy the delicious addition of coffee salt to your Nutella Brownie Tart!

With these smoky BBQ ribs, you can taste the strong and savory flavors of Texas. With just the right amount of seasoning and slow smoking, these ribs honor the BBQ tradition of the Lone Star State. Get the grill ready and make a delicious meal for yourself, your wife, and your mom.
Ingredients: 3 racks of baby back ribs. 1/4 cup of Texas-style dry rub seasoning. 1 cup of BBQ sauce preferably Texas-style. 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup of brown sugar. 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. 1 tablespoon of onion powder. Salt and black pepper to taste. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Preheat your smoker or BBQ grill to 225F 107C. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor penetration. Place the ribs on the preheated smoker or grill, adding wood chips for a smoky flavor. Maintain a consistent temperature and smoke for 3 hours, turning the ribs occasionally. While the ribs are smoking, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until sugar dissolves. After 3 hours, brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture, and continue smoking for an additional 1-2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 190F 88C.
