This creamy dip is full of the rich flavors of Asiago cheese and roasted garlic. It's great for parties or nights in!
Ingredients: 2 heads garlic. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Cut off the top of each garlic head to get to the cloves. Drizzle olive oil over the cloves, then wrap them in foil. After the oven is hot, roast the garlic for 30 to 35 minutes, until it is soft and golden brown. Allow to cool. Put the roasted garlic cloves in a bowl and use a fork to mash them up. Put mashed garlic in a bowl. Add black pepper, salt, thyme, oregano, basil, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese. Mix everything together well. Put the mix in a baking dish and bake at 350F 175C for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Warm it up and serve it with veggies, crackers, or bread.
