These Ice Cream Cupcakes are a delightful treat that combines the goodness of chocolate cupcakes with creamy vanilla ice cream. Perfect for a sweet indulgence on a hot day!
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips. 1 cup of whipped cream. Maraschino cherries for garnish. Sprinkles for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, and chocolate cake mix in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together well. Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with cake batter. In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool all the way down. Use a small spoon or melon baller to make a well in the middle of each cupcake once they are cool. This is where the ice cream will go. Put a little vanilla ice cream into the wells of each cupcake. Put little chocolate chips on top of the ice cream. Place a swirl of whipped cream on top of each cupcake. Add a maraschino cherry and some sprinkles to finish. Either serve right away or freeze until you're ready to eat.
