Not Everything Has To Be Beautiful

A crowded room anywhere, a million people around, all I see is you there. I got that tunnel vision for you.

We are at war. We are not free.

Thus I began my journey to a better happier me. I got on the proper medications that I needed for my health conditions and I cut out the foods I was intolerant too. I cut out dairy, gluten, most sugar and a lot of caffeine. It hasn’t been easy, I have had some very hard days where I am just mad at the world, but in the end these changes have been so good for me. I don’t have exact weightloss figures to share or anything, but I did want to make this post to express how proud I am of myself, to express how strong I feel for taking control of my health physically and mentally.

I love that I have been feeling pretty decent lately

Sometimes being chronically ill makes me feel trapped.
