Here is to 2019!!! The biggest year of of my life in every aspect of my life. Finished up my 16th Full Ironman last weekend in Arizona as I round out this incredible year. Starting off with the Ultraman Florida in February and an amazing trip to Disney world 🌎 with my girlfriend @marcelinhala #umfl Followed up by a World Championship win at the Long Beach Indoor Rowing World Championships in the quad team event. @brandon_freijanes @concept2inc I won the overall LA triathlon series award at Bonelli park Finished the Triple Crown 👑 marathon series in San Diego Coached/ raced/ and finished the Half Ironman 70.3 St. George, Utah with my good friend and fellow rowing teammate Kresmir @crotricoach Coached/ raced/ and finished the Half Ironman 70.3 Superfrog, San Diego with Ngina Thompson @thompsonngina as she trained with the Roworx Indoor rowing group @roworx_rowing / Triworx Triathlon coaching system for the past 18 months. @southbayrunnersclub Won a Bronze Medal 🥉 at the first ever USA 🇺🇸 Triathlon Legacy sprint triathlon event in Long Beach 🏝 with the second fastest bike split of the day. This 52 mile run on day 3 of the Ultraman still haunts me but I’m very happy to have finished.
