Yana Tobo just uploaded more lore about magestones on Twitter! Here's what she said

-The weapon RSA students use are conducting batons. They are more easy to customize compared to magical pens

-Trein's brooch is a magestone. Yana commented that brooch types are the traditional style

-Crewel and Vargas customized his magestone as they like(the collar accessory and bracelet)

-According to Yana, it seems that adults are free to customize their magestone as they like

But come to think of it, many places we've seen in previous events have been more like old Europe — no skyscrapers or high-tech cities. The tallest buildings we've seen in TWST so far have been old towers or castles... So maybe high-tech megacities like this don't exist in the TWST world at all?

So basically we know that meleanors husband or aka malleus’s father went missing during an expedition right ? Or while traveling.

What if the silver knights had nothing to do with it ? They never mentioned attacking the queens consort or any kind of plan besides getting the gem from meleanors staff.

What if the draconia elder council ( basically the dead spirit asshats who kicked Lilia out for being of low blooded and hatching malleus) tried to get “rid” of raverne ? They showed so much hatred for species they considered dirty blooded and raverne was basically a peasant in their eyes marrying a princess and somehow they had a child now. He was basically a nuisance now with the new heir born, what use could he have in the eyes of the traditional snobs? I could imagine they tried to assassinate him and play it off as the silver knights fault.

They exiled Lilia for hatching Malleus despite the fact it was meleanors wish for Lilia to care for her egg, and cursed him out so hard for touching the egg with his “dirty hands”. Imagine the kind of reaction they have from a peasant being the blood father of the draconia heir, they must’ve been exploding they’re brains out

Plus why haven’t the leader or any of the other silver owl members mention something like this? They could’ve provoked meleanor with that info but they don’t seem to have any knowledge of her husband being missing.

I don't see all of the TWST in-laws pushing their sons to have children. But some of them, due to differing circumstances, might encourage or even require (You) Yuu and their son to have children.

Here's a list of characters that I think may face such expectations from their families:

Draconia Family: Malleus is one of the last known surviving members of the Draconia bloodline, alongside his grandmother, the current queen of Briar Valley. There are only 2 Draconias left, as far as we know. As royalty in the fae world, lineage is crucial for both political stability and the continuation of magical traditions. It would be expected that Malleus, upon marriage, should have children to secure the continuation of the Draconia line and ensure that the legacy of the fae kingdom persists. His family—and the broader fae community—might consider it his royal duty to produce an heir to maintain the kingdom's strength and heritage. Ensuring that they will still have a Draconian ruler should time come to pass.

Shroud Family: The Shroud family carries a heavy legacy of responsibility and duty, they need to continuously manage S.T.Y.X. As keepers of Tartarus/Phantoms, tied to life and death, it’s likely that they would expect a successor. In the case of Idia, his introverted nature might make this pressure even more overwhelming. I imagine Idia might be reluctant to bring another Shroud into the world given their curse. However, the need for a capable heir to continue the Shroud family’s responsibility is expected of him.

Kingscholar Family: As a member of the royal family of Sunset Savanna, Leona’s position as the second prince places him in a complicated situation. Though he is not the crown prince, there might still be an expectation for him to have children, especially if something happens to the direct heir (If Falena's direct line, Cheka is affected). Royal families typically focus on ensuring the continuation of their bloodline, and it does not exempt him from the weight of these expectations. There could be pressure from his family to contribute to the royal line’s security, ensuring the Kingscholar's leadership for future generations.

Al-Asim Family: The Al-Asim family is one of immense wealth and power, with a significant focus on maintaining their influence and control over their business empire. As the heir to this massive fortune, Kalim is likely to face pressure to marry and have children to secure the family’s continued prosperity. Having an heir would not only ensure the Al-Asims remains powerful but would also provide continuity in leadership, safeguarding the family’s wealth and influence across generations.

Ashengrotto Family: Though Azul's family is well, 'normal' in this context, there may be societal or even personal expectations for him to have an heir, particularly if his business empire continues to grow. Azul, particularly his maternal lineage are notable mages in the Coral sea. I imagine there will be unsaid pressure for him to continue his Ashengrotto line. He is a shrewd businessman and Azul may view having an heir as securing a legacy, someone to inherit and manage the empire he will build in the future. His goal to have an heir is maybe more of a personal ambition rather than familial or societal demands.

Look I’m all about Leona being Mischaracterized but that doesn’t mean he is a cinnamon roll. Leona does care about his friends like ruggie and jack even tho he’d never call them his friends out loud. But during his event he was more focused on the fact that he wanted to win the competition and not because he didn’t want to train them but rather due to not wanting to be at home. It’s no secret that Leona wants to be king but can’t; and in the game ,while subtle, Leona is hinted to be depressed. Because he can’t either achieve his dream of being king or be number one in the thing he does best which is spell drive because of diasomina aka malleus. And when you’re depressed or hurt you usually avoid things that hurt you more or remind you of what hurts you and in leona’s case it’s his home, because he has constantly remind that he will always be second place to his own brother and There is nothing he can do about it.

In conclusion, Leona does care about his classmates and friends even the ones he isn’t close to like vil but during the event he was more concerned about his goal hence at the end of the event Leona ends up leaving jack and yuu (+ grim). I understand that Leona being depressed is extremely subtle and easy to miss, which I don’t blame on most people since

1. This game is still a part of Disney, meaning there was a limit to how much darkness they can show. (While I don’t support Yana I do believe if Disney was more lenient and wasn’t so strict the game would’ve took a darker tone as in black butler but that’s another conversation for another time)

So, today is the day! I am officially introducing the Mostro Lounge Menu Account mascot and my main OC, Akuseru!

I would absolutely love to provide you all with a gorgeous, fully rendered character reference sheet right now... but unfortunately, I cannot draw to save my life. My artistic capabilities peak at drawing slightly uneven stick figures. So, until a miracle occurs, we are going to have to rely on the power of imagination and this detailed masterpost!

According to The Dragon's Image:

Regarding the Diasomnia insignia. Malleus says:

"It depicts the dragon from that the Thorn Fairy supposedly transformed into"

"They say her conflagrant breath was potents enough to burn down stone bridges."

"Diasomnia students thus bear her insignia wth fear engraved upon their hearts."

According to The Thorn Fairy's Crow:

Malleus considers it skilled.

According to A Fearful Power:

According to Malleus, the reason "why the humans didn't invite the Thorn Fairy to the party" was because "people with power beyond conventional norms inspire fear."

"The Thorn Fairy was of a supreme caliber..." "...so the humans must have seen he as utterly unworldly."

"It's all too easy for (Malleus) to imagine how she..."

According to A Different Perspective:

Malleus wants to research the gargoyles in the Thorn Fairy's castle by reading in the school library.

"Allegedly, they were dreadful enough to send any would-be intruders running."

Malleus says "Using gutter-gargoyles to strike fear into the heats of her enemies..." "The Thorn Fairy definitely had a different perspective than most."

According to Across a Century:

Malleus was told "the Thorn Fairy enjoyed telling fairy tales."

"She once regaled a guest with a tale of lovers bound toogether across a century."

(Sebek "often entreats (Malleus) for anecdotes of the past." / And "has the highest praise for all of them, no matter what they're about." / Leading Malleus to muse if "Perhaps I have a knack for storytellng...")

According to Leagues Beyond:

Sebek expresses his belief that Malleus is "bound to eclipse even the Thorn Fairy herself one day!"

Malleus disagrees.

"The Thorn Fairy is said to have been the most powerful of the Geat Seven by far." Malleus says "I can't even hold a candle to my grandmother yet. The Queen is leagues beyond me."

According to Perfect Decorum:

(Said in context of Malleus not getting notice for the housewarden meeting and Lilia telling him not to "sulk" and to "learn from her".

Malleus and Jade speak of how "The Sorcerer of the Sands once located an individual-- a "diamond in the rough.""

"And he even scouted the man personally." Jade says "Maybe that's how one finds good talent."

Malleus remarks on how "The Gargoyle Studies Club gets no applicants" and considers reaching out to any "promising individuals" he sees in person.

He'd prefer people who would "appreciate and study gargoyles alongside (him)"

According to Hide-and-Seek:

"It seems the Fairest Queen had a hidden chamber in her castle basement."

Jade asks if Malleus' castle in Briar Valley has any secret rooms.

Malleus "actually searched the castle as a child, hoping to find one."

Malleus says "Eventually I discovered a place I'd never seen before and hid myself there."

Malleus found amusement in seeing his retainers "running around frantically searching" for him.

Though Lilia found him in no time once "drawn into the commotion".
