Does the JP/KR/CN fandom in general not care about the twst manga?? I've never I think not once saw anyone mention it, and I follow only that side of the fandom. Is there something I'm missing? Do you know what the general opinion of it is? I've only seen them pay attention to the anime, like that popular Cater screenshot... lol.

Regarding the Korean and Chinese fanbases, I believe they are much smaller than other parts of the Twst fandom, so in these cases they have numbers working against them. I canβt say for certain though, as I donβt regularly check up on the KR and CN sides.
Regarding the JP fans, they do, in fact, pay attention to the manga. However, the difference is that Japanese culture stresses the βillegal distribution of official materialsβ as highly unlawful, so many Japanese people believe it is a crime of the highest offense to post, share, or react to screencaps of the manga. Thereβs also a non-spoiler culture, as to talk about or share specifics can be very rude to those who have yet to experience it. This is very different than the western fans, who have a tendency to spoil things and praise sailing the seven seas like itβs nobodyβs business.
JP fans will instead vaguely allude to or comment on the materials of the manga (which is hard to find because some sites like Twitter donβt have good tagging systems so youβre forced to search by specific key terms and phrases). JP fans may also pay homage to new manga materials by making fan art rather than overtly talking about them. For example, if you were to consult JP Twitter right now, youβd find a lot of fan art featuring Jamil with his tongue out as a reference to a single panel in the most recent Episode of Scarabia manga chapter.
