β Elliot Turner β
Elliot is probably the original character youβll see the most in my fics. Most of the time heβs one of the mains, or at least a very recurring secondary. Heβs Toriβs best friend.
Heβs four months older than her, his birthday is January 14th.
Light blond hair, pale skin, light brown eyes. Covered in freckles (though he usually hides them with concealer). A small scar runs across his eyebrow, a leftover from an old fight.
Elliot is the typical gymrat, obsessed with working out. Heβs also a professional boxer and plays basketball constantly. At 1.87m, heβs tall. Very tall.
But he looks tougher than he really is. Truth is, heβs not tough at all. Heβs playful, chatty, smiley, and a total joker, though he can turn ridiculously serious when the situation calls for it.
Heβs also smart. Both he and Tori are often praised for their academic skills; while she gets embarrassed, he brags proudly about how good he is.
Protective to the core, especially of Matt (Iβll talk about him later) and, of course, of Tori.
According to Tori, his biggest flaw is being too kind. People take advantage of him all the time, but thanks to her, heβs learned to spot peopleβs true intentions and doesnβt let himself be swayed anymore.
Elliot and Tori met in universityβ¦ or at least thatβs what they thought. Later they discover theyβd actually met years earlier, when the Spring family visited London (Elliotβs hometown) at age thirteen.
He was playing basketball, accidentally hit Charlie with the ball, and when he went to apologize, Tori insulted him and dragged her brother away. And that made her Elliotβs crush for, at least, an entire year.
Elliot swears he liked rude girls back then. And brunettes.
Now, though, he sees Tori as nothing more than a sister. His best friend. The reason he cancels nights out just to stay in the dorm with her watching TV.
They even tried to share a room. Obviously, they werenβt allowed. So Elliot fought hard to at least be her neighbor, even if the dorms were split by gender.
He has two tattoos: one on his neck, one on his bicep.
The neck tattoo is a constellation design, inked by his older brother Sebastian.
The bicep tattoo is a phrase: βHere is fine.β From none other than Tori.
They were together, he asked if she was comfortable, she nodded and said that. He loved the phrase so much, simple as it was, that he got it tattooed the next day.
Tori called it stupid.
He said it meant loving someone, and that was reason enough.
Both he and Tori study the same major, so theyβre together practically all day.
His relationship with Michael isnβt hostile, but itβs not exactly calm either. They get along because of Tori, but theyβre not best friends. Their personalities are too similar, so they clash.
Michael will be jealous of Elliot once Tori starts spending more time with him. Eventually, though, heβll realize thereβs nothing between them but a pure, beautiful friendship. And heβll be grateful to the blond for never leaving Tori alone when he (Michael) canβt be there.
