I just woke up early.. on a SATURDAY... to go to a spin class. I NEVER wake up early to workout. I can never do it. My body is always like... um this bed is exactly where I'm supposed to be right now.
Buuuut I did a little self brain hacking and made a reservation at a class I couldn't cancel and I didnt want to lose one of my classes so this morning, all groggy and skeptical of my past choices, I got the fuck up and got my ass to spin.
It was an Eminem vs J Cole spin class hahah it was fucking amazing. At first I was like "oh man this was dumb I'm half asleep this instructor is intense" and then by the end I was like "I am a goddess. I control my own destiny. I am becoming stronger by the minute."
