Of course he has! After the fight with Tokka, he adopts this little guy.

He pretends he doesn't like him, and then safely stashes him away when his brothers aren't looking. He goes back for him, relieved to find him still there. Then he takes him home and maturely, reasonably begs his dad to keep him.

When Splinter agrees, he names him Chompy, in honor of the fact he likes to bite anything that comes near his face.

I distinctly remember him in the frame in both Mikey's and Leo's arcs.

In Leo's arc, Leo's in the cleaning outfit and gets too close to him and Chompy tries to bite his leg. Leo freaks out and Raph cackles at his fear of such a "little guy." Donnie passes a dry comment about his upbringing.

We see that Chompy doesn't bite Raph anymore when he's holding him during Mikey's story. He's sitting at the table with his brothers, holding him in his hands like in the picture above, and Chompy seems perfectly content to be there.
