Indulge in the delightful flavors of a classic strawberry shortcake with this creamy and satisfying smoothie. It's a perfect blend of fresh strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and a hint of honey, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup rolled oats. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for topping.
Instructions: Take fresh strawberries and wash and hull them. Strawberry yogurt, milk, rolled oats, honey, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Mix the smoothie and put it in glasses. Graham cracker crumbs and a dollop of whipped cream should be put on top of each glass. Have your Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie right away and enjoy it!

You can enjoy the tropical flavors of grilled pineapple and creamy coconut in this cool sherbet. The smoky sweetness of the grilled pineapple goes well with the richness of the coconut, making a delicious frozen treat.
Ingredients: 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and sliced. 1 can 400ml coconut milk. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup lime juice. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pineapple slices until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side. Let pineapple cool, then chop into small pieces. In a blender, combine grilled pineapple, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 2 hours. After 2 hours, use a fork to break up any ice crystals and mix well. Return to the freezer. Repeat this process every hour until the mixture is firm but scoopable, about 4-6 hours total. Serve scoops of sherbet in bowls or cones. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted. 1/2 cup lime juice. 1/4 cup honey or sugar. 1 cup water.
Instructions: Put pitted cherries, lime juice, honey or sugar, and water in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix into popsicle molds. Put in the popsicle sticks. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. To get popsicles out of their molds, run them under warm water for a short time.
