Enjoy the sweet and sour tastes of this delicious Berry Blast Smoothie. It's a great choice for a healthy breakfast or snack because it's full of fiber, antioxidants, and plant-based goodness.

Ingredients: 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.

Instructions: Mix everything together in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until it's the right consistency for you. Put it in a glass and enjoy!

A delicious dessert that tastes like strawberry shortcake and ice cream mixed together in one cake.

Ingredients: 1 quart strawberry ice cream. 1 quart vanilla ice cream. 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries. 1/2 cup strawberry jam. 1/4 cup melted butter. Whipped cream for topping.

Instructions: Soften strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream slightly. In a bowl, mix together crushed shortbread cookies and melted butter. Press half of the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the vanilla ice cream. Spread softened strawberry ice cream over the strawberries. Spread strawberry jam evenly over the strawberry ice cream layer. Top with remaining cookie mixture, pressing gently. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm. Before serving, remove from the freezer, release from the springform pan, and top with whipped cream. Slice and serve chilled.
