Ingredients: 2 cups mixed fresh fruit such as berries, diced mango, diced pineapple. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/2 cup coconut water or fruit juice.
Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
