The fresh fruit flavors in these do-it-yourself ice pops make them a great summer treat to beat the heat.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed fresh fruit such as berries, kiwi, mango. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/2 cup water.
Instructions: Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, honey or maple syrup, and water. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
