2x10x25” stairs for this evening. I’m lucky enough to have the perfect spot for this about a mile away from my house. No one was there when I started, but 30” in, two young boys came and sat at the top of the steps, chilling out, smoking some pot! Crazy lady here said hi and apologized for acting like a lunatic running up and down repeatedly as I felt quite awkward. They were actually rather kind. Job done and I was back home in time for the last poo walk of the day, dog in one hand and my refreshing Perrier on the other. 3 for 3 in 18 hours. Milk & Cookies Ruck, Team RWB Donut Ruck, then Tulsa Oilers Arena Challenge stairs practice! Didn't do as well rucking 30# in the arena as the event last January, but haven't been training as consistently this year.
